I like your comments, I would define small business to be 1-99 employees and medium business to be 100-500 employees. I focus on helping small to medium size businesses transition from the old traditional phone network to the new converged IP telephony solutions available today... with the ability to lease equipment and have no in house IT personnel, small to medium size businesses no longer have to invest so much money into converting to the new updated telephony and data solutions that are out there ... thanks for the input... :-)

a few years ago "they" were using SOHO-small office and home office. recently "they" coined the term Solo-preneur"

according to some, small business is $10-100 Million in revenue, Medium is $100-500 Million.

Based on those definition, i service MicroBusinesses-$0-25Million
